About Us

The Coalition in Opposition to Congestion Pricing is founded by community members Michele Birnbaum, Andrew Fine, Ed Hartzog, and Valerie Mason. Our purpose is to organize residents of the Tri-State who are opposed to Congestion Pricing, to petition the Governor of New York and the State Legislature, and to protest until the ill-conceived program is stopped. 

We have been joined by New Yorkers Against Congestion Pricing Tax.
